Welcome to VEIL (veilpuff.com). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VEIL website, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Pretty Serious LLC ("VEIL," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Products & Orders

• All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Product descriptions, images, and scent notes are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and packaging accurately, but slight variations may occur due to batch production, screen settings, or natural ingredient variation.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will contact you before processing.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance — we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

3. Payment

• Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We do not store full payment card details; these are handled securely by our payment processor.
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping

• Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. VEIL is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or delivery issues once a package has left our facility.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• To initiate a return, contact us at the email listed below with your order number.
• Refunds, once approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
• We do not accept returns on final sale, limited-edition, or clearance items unless the product arrives defective.

6. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the VEIL name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and written content — is the property of Pretty Serious LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other user accounts, or our systems

• Scrape, copy, or misuse Site content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information

9. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

VEIL products are cosmetic body products intended for external use only. As with any body-care or fragrance product:

• Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
• Patch-test new products before full use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Keep out of reach of children.

VEIL is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pretty Serious LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pretty Serious LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
