VEIL Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how VEIL (veilpuff.com), operated by Pretty Serious LLC, processes and ships orders. It should be read alongside our [Terms & Conditions] and [Return Policy].
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During high-volume periods (new product launches, holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll note any expected delays on the Site or in your order confirmation.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date, and are provided by our carriers — they are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Availability is confirmed at checkout — if your country isn't listed, we don't yet ship there.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited methods, and cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time. (Adjust if this differs from your actual carrier setup.)
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. VEIL has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the shipping confirmation. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
You're responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. VEIL is not liable for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can correct it before it ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If it remains missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll help file a claim.
- Damaged in transit: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Stolen after delivery: We're happy to assist, but VEIL is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier that are later stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or signature-required shipping if this is a concern in your area.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, we can only accommodate address changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change — once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
9. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items that ship separately (e.g., pre-order items alongside in-stock items), you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment at no additional shipping cost to you.
