Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be noted on our website.

Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears lost, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and rates will be displayed during checkout.
